Equifax to Acquire Appriss Insights for $1.825 billion

King & Spalding is advising Equifax (NYSE: EFX), a global data, analytics and technology company, in its $1.825 billion acquisition of Appriss Insights, a portfolio company of Clearlake Capital Group and Insights Partners Appriss Insights provides data used in public and workplace safety, law enforcement, fraud detection and prevention and healthcare credentialing.

Equifax provides unique data, innovative analytics, technology, and industry expertise to power organizations and individuals around the world. This acquisition will expand Equifax's largest and fastest growing business, Workforce Solutions.
