Our firm’s collaborative, high-performance culture is enriched by the diverse talents, backgrounds, and perspectives of our lawyers. We support all our lawyers with programs and resources that enhance inclusion and provide opportunities to connect and engage with each other, our clients, and our communities across the globe. All programs and resources are open to all lawyers without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetic information, age, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law. Each of our 26 Affinity Groups provides a platform for lawyers to connect and engage across practices and offices. They are organized to allow members to address shared topics of interest, and currently include groups such as African American Attorneys, Armed Forces Attorney Coalition, Asian Attorneys, First Generation Professionals, Flex-Time/Part-Time Attorneys, LGBTQ+ Attorneys, Differently Abled Attorneys, and the Firmwide Women’s Alliance. Membership in each group is open to all lawyers.
We are guided on a daily basis by a set of client service principles that express our straightforward, outward-oriented and personal approach to delivering solutions.
