John M. Anderson represents strategic and financial clients in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, carveouts and joint ventures. His deal experience spans the range of M&A activity, including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining King and Spalding, Mr. Anderson was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York.
