Ken Fowler is an associate in King & Spalding’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Contracts and Business Torts practice. His practice focuses on representing large businesses and corporations in complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes and policyholder insurance coverage disputes, and class-action lawsuits. Ken’s representative clients include financial institutions, energy corporations, real estate investment trusts, and large telecommunications companies.
Prior to law school, Ken was an elementary school special education teacher. While an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame, Ken interned as a sports reporter for the Los Angeles Times and as a news reporter for the South Bend Tribune. He graduated magna cum laude from Notre Dame with a B.A. in political science.
