We are energized by collective action in the communities in which we live and work. We contribute thousands of community service hours annually through firm-sponsored events worldwide, partner with dozens of nonprofits and NGOs, and raise money for charitable organizations, including the United Way.
All year, worldwide, we volunteer and raise funds, partnering with nonprofits and NGOs. We tutor and mentor students, teach classes on legal topics and provide school supplies; we support health and well-being initiatives; and we work at food banks, build affordable homes and support disaster relief.
Each June, K&S volunteers participate in Founders Day, a firm-wide community service initiative that celebrates the legacy of service and community engagement that was established by the firm’s founding partners more than 140 years ago.
Every year, we invest in United Way to improve education, health, family stability and basic needs in underserved communities. We also support pro bono legal service providers that assist those who cannot afford legal representation.
