The Paris office is a key component of the firm’s international platform. It handles strategic matters in France, across Europe and globally, working closely with our teams in London, New York, Houston, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and beyond.

The Stagiaire programme is a great way to gain hands-on experience, and the programme is used as a key recruitment tool for associate positions in the Paris office. We frequently see interns return to take up positions as associates upon qualification.

About the Programme

The Paris office recruits 12 Stagiaires each year for a six-month internship program, divided into two intakes starting in January and July. Our Paris teams bring together transactional, regulatory, and contentious expertise with a strong international focus across key practice areas, including corporate M&A and private equity, international arbitration and litigation, tax, public energy and infrastructure projects, compliance and investigations, real estate, and finance.

Application Process

Internship intake: We recruit EFB, HEDAC and Master 2 interns across all practice groups for six-month internships starting in January and July.

Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview. Some practice groups may also ask candidates to complete a short practical exercise.
