Connor Ciepluch is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments Practice Group.  Connor represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities and general corporate matters.

Connor graduated from William & Mary Law School, where he served as a staff editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review and as a fellow in the William & Mary Center for the Study of Law and Markets.
