Capabilities
King & Spalding’s Structured Finance and Securitization practice unites the talents of lawyers across the firm in matching business-focused structures with capital.
Our nationally-recognized structured finance and securitization practice handles receivables financings, structured finance and securitization transactions—bank-funded, privately-placed and capital markets-issued. Our firm has represented the structuring banks and/or issuers in some of the most high-profile specialty securitizations and “whole business” securitizations in the market. We have particular experience in esoteric ABS transactions, including royalties and digital infrastructure, as well as structuring real-estate lending, loan warehouse and ABS transactions and receivables matters.
