Our award winning team advises on the full life cycle of Public-Private Partnership (PPPs or P3s) - from procurement and structuring to delivery and dispute resolution.

We have experience advising on all sides of PPPs, having successfully delivered 80+ PPPs globally, including in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the US. This allows us to benchmark new projects against best practice from around the world.

We have experience developing projects in all sectors, with a particular focus on transport, water, waste, housing and accommodation, social infrastructure, airports and other capital improvements. Our team have advised governments on the preparation of PPP procurement strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines in the Middle East, United Kingdom and Australia.

Lawyers from across offices and practice groups frequently work together as ‘one team’. This allows our global projects group to coordinate subject matter experts from across multiple practice groups to field the best team for any particular PPP project.
