Sebastian Bellm is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Special Matters and Government Investigations practice.  He focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, securities enforcement and regulation, internal corporate investigations, and complex commercial disputes in federal and state court.  Sebastian also has experience in all stages of civil and criminal litigation, from initial fact gathering through appellate review.

In 2024, Sebastian rejoined the firm after serving as a judicial law clerk to Judge Otis D. Wright, II, in the Central District of California. Sebastian is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and, prior to attending law school, worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for three years.

Sebastian received his law degree magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School with special recognition for his commitment to legal aid and public service. During his time in law school, Sebastian taught accounting courses as an Adjunct Professor in the Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and served as the Managing Federal Courts & Submissions Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. As a member of the Notre Dame Economic Justice Clinic, Sebastian regularly represented clients in court as they navigated various housing and commercial disputes. Sebastian has also completed externships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois and with the Honorable Michael G. Gotsch, Sr. of the Northern District of Indiana.
