Elysia Stellakis is an Associate in King & Spalding's Trial and Global Disputes practice in London. Elysia qualified in 2022, having trained with the firm.
Elysia has been involved in a diverse range of English High Court commercial litigation, involving multi-party cases across jurisdictions, as well as commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under leading institutional rules. Elysia has been involved in cases including issues of breach of contract, professional negligence and construction disputes in industries such as financial services, infrastructure, engineering and oil and gas.
Elysia also assists the firm’s Special Matters and Government Investigations practice. She advises corporates and individuals in respect of criminal and regulatory investigations by UK and foreign authorities, corporate internal investigations and compliance matters. Elysia has experience advising across a range of industry sectors on various financial crime subjects, including: bribery and corruption, fraud, market abuse, and money laundering.
During her training contract, Elysia spent 6 months on secondment working with the firm’s Dubai office, assisting on a DIFC Court case.
