back24 of King & Spalding’s London colleagues were named in the 2026 Pro Bono Recognition List of England & Wales, which is supported by the Law Society, the Bar Council, CILEX and all the major pro bono organizations under the aegis of the Attorney General’s Pro Bono Committee.
King & Spalding is committed to pro bono initiatives, including a partnership with WilmerHale in supporting The Vavengers on its landmark Global Health and Legal Landscape Report on Female Genital Mutilation, which was nominated in the Halsbury Award for Rule of Law at the LexisNexis Legal Awards 2026 and this week was shortlisted for Pro Bono Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2026. In addition, the firm teamed with Weil, Gotshal & Manges as one of two founding legal partners of the Professional Tennis Players Association’s (PTPA) pioneering legal program, Athlete Counsel & Equity (ACE), that will ensure tennis players worldwide have access to international legal counsel and due process.
