Nick Impey is an experienced real estate associate in King & Spalding’s Real Estate and Funds practice advising on a broad range of real estate and energy transactions for domestic and international funders, investors, developers and corporate occupier clients.

Nick has particular experience assisting clients with complex corporate structures in respect of financings (lenders and borrowers), acquisitions, disposals for individual and portfolio assets in all sectors, including office, retail, logistics, energy (nuclear, conventional and renewables) and PBSA.
