J. John Lim is a Senior Associate in the London office of King & Spalding and is a member of the firm's Corporate practice. Dual-qualified as an attorney in New York and a solicitor in England & Wales, John focuses his practice on international, cross-border transactions, representing public and private companies, private equity funds and other private investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, management equity plans and other corporate, commercial and governance matters. He works across a wide range of sectors and industries.

As a lawyer with an all-around deal background, John is also experienced in debt and equity capital markets and corporate finance, having advised on IPOs and other equity offerings, investment grade and high-yield bond issuances, liability management transactions, leveraged and acquisition finance and other securities matters.
