• Advised an international engineering contractor in an ICC arbitration concerning over $50 million claims and disputes arising out of an EPC contract for the design and supply of signalling and train control systems for an Asian rail project
• Advised a European/Asian joint venture contractor in an ICC arbitration concerning over $100 million claims and disputes arising under a subcontract for mechanical and piping works for an LNG project in Qatar
• Advised an international engineering contractor on its $250 million claim against the owner for delay and associated prolongation costs in respect of an offshore wind farm project
• Advised an international EPC contractor on its claims and adjudications against the owner for delay, disruption and associated costs in respect of a nuclear power plant project in Africa
• Advised an international wind turbine contractor in an AAA arbitration and mediation concerning around $10 million claims and disputes arising under a construction and installation subcontract for a wind farm in the United States
• Advised and supported an owner in a mediation in relation to disputes arising from the construction of a hydroelectric power project in Turkey
• Advised a European shipbuilding contractor in an LMAA arbitration concerning around $20 million disputes arising out of a design, construction and supply subcontract for a self-propelled crane pontoon
• Advised an international EPC contractor on its claims against the owner for delay and associated prolongation costs arising out of COVID-19 in respect of a major nuclear power plant project
• Advised an international commodities company on claims made by a contractor and its right to terminate a series of contracts for works to improve energy efficiency at its plants in Poland and Spain
• Drafted and negotiated an EPC contract and associated agreements in relation to a 100MW solar plant in Asia
• Drafted and negotiated an EPC contract and associated agreements in relation to a 60MW wind farm in the Balkans
