People

Benjamin Jones (Ben) focuses his practice on the arbitration of international disputes in the energy, construction, technology, and finance sectors.  He regularly represents project owners and contractors in disputes arising from major capital projects under all major arbitration rules.  He has acted in some of the largest commercial and investment arbitrations of the past decade, and has particular experience involving Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Ben brings an industry perspective, having been seconded to a major multinational company in Singapore early in his career.  He has been recognized in the Legal 500, with sources describing him as "thorough," and has been selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2020.
