Genuine Parts Company to Acquire Kaman Distribution Group for $1.3B

King & Spalding is advising Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC), a leading distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts, in its $1.3 billion pending acquisition of Kaman Distribution Group, a power transmission, automation and fluid power industrial distributor, from private investment firm Littlejohn & Co., LLC. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
