Hanna is an associate in the Atlanta office and a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investment Practice Group. Hanna's practice focuses on representing public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Hanna received her Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2015. She received her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude, in 2021.
