Andrew Todd is an associate in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C., office. He is a member of the Tax practice within the Corporate, Finance, and Investments Practice Group. His practice includes advising on Federal tax issues in both domestic and international contexts.

Andrew earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. He earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, Andrew was elected to the Order of the Coif, received the Dean Leigh M. Harrison Award for Academic Excellence, and was a member of the Alabama Law Review. He also holds an MBA from The University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Management and degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Arkansas State University.

Andrew is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Alabama, Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Mississippi, New York, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Before pursuing his legal studies, he practiced public accounting in Arkansas.
