Leigh Nathanson has a broad practice focusing on complex commercial disputes, including antitrust, market manipulation, and RICO litigation, class actions, and multidistrict litigations. She has represented financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in state and federal court as well as in regulatory and civil investigations. 

Leigh is a persuasive trial lawyer and a valued advisor whom clients entrust with their most complex and important legal issues.

Leigh currently represents HSBC in multidistrict litigations alleging manipulation of the precious metals markets. Leigh also represents DraftKings in a nationwide consumer class action litigation and other matters involving daily fantasy sports.  Additionally, Leigh represents The RealReal in a federal trademark action raising novel issues involving the secondary market for luxury goods.
