In its national-level rankings in the Benchmark Litigation United States 2026 guide, King & Spalding ranks in Tier 1 for General Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration, Product Liability and Recall and White-Collar Crime and 38 King & Spalding lawyers are recommended.
The firm also earned multiple state rankings for its California, District of Columbia, Georgia, New York, North Carolina and Texas litigation practices.
Earlier this year, Benchmark Asia Pacific 2025 ranked the firm for Commercial & Transactions and International Arbitration in Japan and International Arbitration and White Collar Crime in Singapore.
