Ursula Henninger is a nationally recognized trial lawyer with over 50 trials throughout the country, most often in "judicial hellholes."  She is regularly called by clients to defend allegations of corporate misconduct leading to claims for significant punitive damages, allowing her to develop an expertise in defending punitive damage claims.  Her diverse practice requires her to adapt to unfamiliar jurisdictions, and she is known for her ability to relate to juries across the country.  Starting with voir dire, she establishes a relationship with the jury, which she uses throughout trial. Juries appreciate her ability to simplify complicated issues in a direct manner and trust Ursula's arguments.  Clients call her to handle the "unwinnable case," due to her skill with jurors and ability to counter inflammatory argument.  Ursula's trial experience includes defending a variety of state-law claims for product liability, negligence, fraud and conspiracy, state deceptive trade practices, consumer fraud and federal RICO claims.  Ursula's trial skills and standards are recognized by her election as a fell of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
