Lamya Al-Yazdi is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Group based in our Abu Dhabi office.

Lamya has experience in a wide range of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions having advised corporates, financial institutions and private equity sponsors on disposals, investments, corporate reorganisations and regulatory matters.

Lamya is a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales. Lamya holds an LLB from SOAS, University of London (First Class Honours) and an LLM Legal Practice Course from BPP University (Distinction). Prior to joining King & Spalding, Lamya trained in the London office of another international U.S. law firm.
