Samantha Moench is an associate in our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Samantha concentrates her practice on structured finance and securitizations, representing financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, and other clients in a variety of asset-backed financing transactions, both public and private. Samantha mainly works in the digital infrastructure space, where she assists representing Issuers in some of the largest 144A and 4(a)(2) issuance platforms in the market.

Samantha represents financial institutions as borrowers, lenders, sellers and purchasers in a several types of sophisticated financing transactions including repurchase transactions, warehouse facilities, receivables financings, securitizations, private placements. While in law school, Samantha externed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement in its New York office.
