Osahon represents underwriters, issuers, lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other financial institutions in a wide range of capital markets and lending financings, including secured and unsecured note offerings and credit facilities.

Osahon also advises on financial services regulatory matters, with particular emphasis on U.S. regulation of insured depository institutions, securities broker-dealers, asset managers, clearing agencies and electronic trading systems. Osahon is a member of King & Spalding’s Bank Distress Working Group.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Osahon was a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Structured Products Group, where he advised on structured notes and certificates of deposit issuances.
