Josh Stein is a senior associate in King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments practice in the firm's Atlanta office. Josh focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and syndicated lending and workouts, distressed transactions, and bankruptcy and insolvency related matters.  

Josh represents private equity funds, corporate and high net worth individual borrowers as well as a variety of financial institutions and non-traditional lenders in single-lender and syndicated transactions and restructurings, including corporate and asset-based credit facilities, and mezzanine loans. Additionally, Josh has experience in the areas of creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, having represented a debtor, various financial institutions, creditor’s committees, fiduciaries, and other parties in bankruptcy and receivership proceedings.
