James Constantine Coromilas is an associate in King & Spalding’s Project Finance practice group, with a focus on renewable energy and conventional power. James represents sponsors, developers, financial institutions and private equity funds in the structuring and closing of complex construction and acquisition financings within the energy & infrastructure sector. Prior to joining King & Spalding, James worked in the finance practice of a large international law firm in New York, New York.

James has experience in a variety of asset classes and portfolios, including wind and solar facilities, battery storage and fuel cell assets, digital infrastructure, and traditional coal- and gas-fired thermal generation projects.
