Our team draws on experience in environmental, health and safety; energy transition; litigation; global human capital and compliance; investigations; public companies; banking and finance; and crisis management, among other areas, to help companies address the full range of ESG challenges. Our work is grounded in real-world insight, shaped by experience advising Fortune 10 and Fortune 100 companies as well as close engagement with governments, regulators, industry bodies, and trade associations.

Integrated ESG Advice Across Environmental, Social, and Governance Priorities

We provide comprehensive advice on public company disclosures, global regulatory compliance, litigation strategy, and emerging regulatory frameworks. From an environmental perspective, we support clients on climate change mitigation and adaptation, carbon measurement and reporting, energy efficiency, pollution, biodiversity, waste management and community environmental justice concerns. We also counsel companies on social considerations, such as inclusion matters, labor standards, human rights, product safety, and community relations. Our advice encompasses governance related matters, including board composition and oversight, shareholder rights, executive accountability, business ethics, data privacy, and internal control systems. This breadth of our practice allows us to help clients respond to increasing regulatory demands – including voluntary and mandatory disclosure requirements – and evolving stakeholder scrutiny.

Global ESG Counseling

We advise clients on voluntary and mandatory ESG reporting disclosures. We help clients navigate rapidly evolving regulatory frameworks and market expectations related to climate change and sustainability, including the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), among other directives around the globe. Our team also advises on energy transition strategies, regulatory compliance, materiality assessments, supply chain due diligence, and more. We also represent clients in ESG-related litigation and investigations, including climate change and greenwashing claims, and provide crisis management and risk mitigation support.
