Jacob is an associate in King & Spalding's Atlanta office and is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Jacob advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
Jacob received his B.S. in Political Science from The Ohio State University, where he graduated, cum laude, in 2017. He received his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, magna cum laude, order of the coif, in 2021.
