Caspian Heeler is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes practice in the London office. Caspian qualified in 2021, having trained with the firm.
Caspian has been involved in a diverse range of commercial cases spanning multiple jurisdictions, including proceedings before the English High Court (Commercial Court and TCC) and the English Court of Appeal, as well as Arbitral Tribunals under leading institutional rules. He also regularly advises clients on various aspects of international trade sanctions and export controls.
Prior to training with the firm, Caspian spent two years working in the London office of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank.
