Amanuel Micael is a senior associate in King & Spalding's Finance practice group, resident in the Washington D.C. office.  Amanuel represents financial institutions, issuers, underwriters and institutional investors in a variety of financing transactions, including securitizations, capital markets transactions and other specialty finance transactions.    

Amanuel is admitted only in Georgia; practice supervised by D.C. Bar Members.
