Ally Givens is an associate in King & Spalding's Trial & Global Disputes practice group.  Ally has represented a broad range of financial institutions, retailers, and other organizations in individual and class actions in both state and federal courts.  She has defended mortgage servicers, investors, and related entities against federal and state debt collection statutes, consumer protection statutes, mortgage foreclosure, and loan modification claims, among others. 

Ally also maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting prisoners in their civil rights claims through the Federal Pro Bono Project.  She recently argued a violation of equal protection case in front of Judge Breyer in the Northern District of California.
