Aamen Nsouli is counsel in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice in New York. He advises financial institutions, family offices and other sponsors on cross-border finance and private equity matters, with a particular focus on both conventional and Shari’a-compliant acquisition and real estate financing and investment transactions in the United States. 

Aamen earned his J.D. in 2015 from The George Washington University Law School, where he was an associate of The George Washington International Law Review.
