King & Spalding Advises Mueller Water Products on Sale of Anvil International Division


ATLANTA, Jan. 12, 2017 — King & Spalding acted as principal legal adviser to Mueller Water Products on the $315 million sale of its Anvil International division to One Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago. Anvil makes piping system components in commercial, industrial, mechanical, fire protection and oil and gas end markets.
