Zoë Bromage is an associate in King & Spalding’s Singapore office. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, project development and contractual arrangements in the energy sector, with a particular focus on oil, gas, and LNG.

Representing clients on the full spectrum of the oil and gas value chain throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the UK, Zoë regularly advises on asset and corporate acquisitions and divestitures (including farm-in arrangements), LNG liquefaction and regasification projects (including floating LNG liquefaction, regasification and small-scale LNG projects), oil, gas and LNG sale and purchase agreements, marketing and trading of fuels, joint ventures and joint operating agreements, and supply and service agreements.

Prior to joining King & Spalding in February 2016, Zoë practiced with international law firms in Singapore, London and Aberdeen. She also has experience of working in-house, having spent 9 months at Premier Oil Plc’s headquarters in London advising on corporate and commercial matters involving Premier’s operated and non-operated oil and gas assets.
