Jay Kaganoff is an associate in King & Spalding's Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group.

Jay represents financial institutions, lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers with a wide range of financial transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine financings, subordinated debt transactions, first lien/second lien arrangements, and acquisition financings.

Jay received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law where he won the Lowden-Wigmore Prize for best student-written article at the Journal of International Law & Business.
