Thomas Philippe is a partner in our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice based in Paris.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on the private equity market representing investment funds. He has extensive experience advising on the various aspects of small-, mid- and large-cap transactions, including the restructuring of LBOs.

Thomas also regularly advises several industrial and services groups on their acquisition, restructuring and financing transactions, as well as in connection with the negotiation and drafting of various commercial agreements with respect to manufacturing, transitional services, distribution or commercial agency and the resolution of disputes arising out of the same.
