Spencer M. Diamond is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and is a member of the Mass Tort and Toxic Tort practice. 

Spencer’s current practice focuses on defending corporations in complex product liability actions. Spencer is a member of the King & Spalding team serving as trial counsel for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in defending smoking and health actions brought by individual plaintiffs in Florida following the decertification of a high-profile class action.

Before joining King & Spalding in February 2015, Spencer worked for three and a half years as an associate at a statewide, trial law firm in Orlando, Florida where he gained extensive experience defending corporations in complex product liability, medical malpractice, trucking, general negligence and commercial actions.
