Noel is an associate in King &Spalding's New York office. Noel has an active practice in King & Spalding's leveraged finance, fund finance, asset-based lending, syndicated lending and repurchase facilities, in which he represents a diverse range of clients acting as lenders and borrowers, including financial institutions, private credit funds, special situation and opportunistic funds, business development companies (BDCs), hedge funds, sponsors and other investment advisors.
