Nick Impey is an experienced senior associate in King & Spalding's Real Estate and Funds practice, advising on a broad range of real estate, energy, fundraising and related transactions for domestic and international clients, including fund sponsors, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, developers and corporate occupiers.
Nick has particular experience assisting real estate clients with complex corporate structures in respect of financings (lenders and borrowers), acquisitions, and disposals for individual and portfolio assets across all sectors, including office, retail, logistics, energy (nuclear, conventional and renewables) and PBSA. On the funds side, Nick advises on cross-border private fund formation, fund structuring for real estate investments, joint ventures and secondary transactions.
