Matthew Noller is an associate in the San Francisco office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes Practice Group. Matt's practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals for sophisticated business clients. He has worked on high-profile trials in federal and state courts across the country, and on appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeal, and the highest courts of several states.

Matthew Noller is an associate in the San Francisco office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes Practice Group. Matt's practice focuses on civil litigation and appeals for sophisticated business clients. He has worked on high-profile trials in federal and state courts across the country, and on appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeal, and the highest courts of several states. He has an active pro bono practice, in which he has handled trials and appeals for criminal defendants, prison inmates, immigrants, civil rights institutions, and state and federal legislators.

Matt was a judicial clerk for the Honorable William A. Fletcher of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While in law school, Matt was Executive Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review; a member of his school’s appellate litigation clinic; and active in moot court, where his team placed second nationwide in the National Moot Court Competition. Matt was valedictorian of his class and graduated Order of Coif.
