Luke Bosso is an associate in King & Spalding's Trial and Global Disputes group.  His practice focuses on defending pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, automotive, and product manufacturers in high-stakes mass tort and class action litigation. Luke leverages his background to help defend companies against technical and scientific issues surrounding product liability and toxic exposure claims. He is also a member of King & Spalding's LGBTQ+ affinity group and actively contributes to the firm’s diversity initiatives.

Luke earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While attending law school, Luke served as the Georgetown Editor-in-Chief of the Food and Drug Law Journal. He also practiced as a student attorney at Georgetown’s medical-legal partnership clinic and taught Street Law in D.C. Public Schools.

Prior to law school, Luke earned a Master of Sciences in Pharmacy, specializing in Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy, and a graduate certificate in Pharmaceutical Regulation.
