Ricardo Chelala is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Practice Group of King & Spalding's Houston office. In his practice, Ricardo represents clients in a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, strategic investments, corporate governance, and other corporate transactions. 

Before joining King & Spalding, Ricardo graduated from the the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, he served as Social Media & Website Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law
