People

John represents clients through all phases of complex civil litigation in state and federal courts.  He focuses his practice on securities litigation, financial services litigation, class action resolution, and antitrust.  He is also a member of the firm's Fintech specialty team.  John advises both emerging companies and established industry leaders on navigating regulatory landscapes and employing effective risk-management strategies in the fintech and blockchain sector.  He is a regular speaker on these issues.

John received his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he served as an Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.  He graduated from The University of Alabama in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics.  At Alabama, John joined the football team as a long snapper and later a student assistant coach.  He was a part of the group that captured the 2015 College Football National Championship.

John is admitted to practice only in New York.  His practice is directly supervised by principals of the firm.
