Jill is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments Group in Singapore. Jill advises private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border M&A and joint venture matters.

Jill regularly advises clients on asset and corporate acquisitions and divestitures, as well as joint ventures and minority investment arrangements. She also assists private equity clients with bolt-on acquisitions and advice in relation to capital returns, shareholder treatment and general corporate matters. Prior to joining King & Spalding in February 2020, Jill practiced with law firms in the United States and Australia.
