Javier Diaz is an associate in King & Spalding's Miami office and a member of the Trial and Global Disputes practice group. His practice focuses on mass tort and product liability litigation, including matters involving automotive litigation, digital applications, and medical devices. He also has experience in complex business litigation across a range of industries. (Admitted only in Illinois

Javier earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where he externed for the Honorable John F. Kness of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During law school, he also gained valuable experience through summer positions at General Motors, Crowell & Moring, and Latham & Watkins.

Before joining King & Spalding, Javier practiced at Latham & Watkins in Chicago, focusing on complex commercial litigation. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Florida, where he graduated cum laude.
