She represents employers in high-stakes labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration, with a focus on California wage-and-hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA matters.
Jackie handles complex workforce disputes involving worker misclassification, wage-and-hour claims, and related unfair competition theories, as well as FEHA matters alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has experience across single-plaintiff, class, and representative actions and manages large-scale discovery from collection through production, including preparing witnesses and evidentiary records for depositions and motion practice.
