Eve-Christie is a Tech Transactions; Data, Privacy and Security partner in the firm’s London office. She focuses her practice on technology, AI, intellectual property, data protection and cybersecurity matters in Europe and abroad. Qualified in multiple jurisdictions (England & Wales, Paris and New York), she has extensive experience advising clients on the implementation of international projects using a pragmatic and risk-based approach. She is a member of The City of London Law Society’s Data Law and AI committees.
Eve-Christie assists clients on the implementation of tech projects, AI and related governance across a wide range of industries, including in fintech, healthcare, biotech and renewable energy. She advises on technology transfer deals, cloud contracts, large corporate and commercial transactions, complex intellectual property licensing arrangements leveraging cutting-edge technology to foster innovative ecosystems, including through strategic partnerships, joint ventures and R&D collaboration. Eve-Christie partners with clients to roll out and assess enterprise-wide AI and compliance strategies, data optimisation, data privacy and cybersecurity compliance programmes, including in the context of e-discovery involving cross-border regulatory and litigation proceedings, under European data protection, cybersecurity and AI laws. She also regularly assists clients on cyber preparedness, crisis management and cyber incident responses, data breach notification requirements, remediation and strategic pre-litigation privacy advice across various industries.
Eve-Christie is ranked in the Chambers UK 2026 Data Protection and Information Law guide and has been recognised as a leading lawyer in fintech.
