 Durelle Hill is a litigator for the firm’s Trial and Global Disputes practice group. His practice focuses on multimillion dollar complex business litigation disputes for multinational entities in various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and real estate. Durelle Hill also has a robust practice in the mass torts space, focused on helping clients navigate class actions and multidistrict litigations.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Hill served as the Assistant Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action at Columbia University, where he implemented and enforced state and university-wide employment policies through training university administrators on how to properly conduct faculty recruitment searches. He also managed the university’s faculty recruitment system and was responsible for reviewing and approving faculty search plans, providing affirmative action data, administering technical assistance, and monitoring systematic trends to ensure efficiency in the hiring process.

Durelle received his undergraduate degree as a triple major from Seton Hall University, where he also received a Master of Public Administration degree focused on Nonprofit Management.

Durelle earned his law degree at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he was a competitor on the national mediation team.
