Taylor Hinojosa is a litigation associate who represents clients in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes business disputes in federal and state courts. His experience spans a broad range of matters, including federal securities class actions, breach of contract disputes, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, oil and gas disputes, and governmental investigations. Taylor works with clients through all stages of litigation to navigate legal risk and advance business objectives in cases involving significant financial and reputational stakes.
Taylor Hinojosa is an associate in King & Spalding's Business Litigation practice, where he represents clients in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts. His experience spans a broad range of matters, including federal securities class actions, breach of contract disputes, trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation, and oil and gas disputes.
Taylor has litigated matters through all phases of a dispute — from pleading-stage advocacy and discovery through depositions, evidentiary proceedings, and trial. He has argued contested motions, participated in injunction proceedings, and served on trial teams in high-stakes commercial cases.
Before joining King & Spalding, Taylor practiced at an international law firm and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ada Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where he gained firsthand insight into federal litigation and judicial decision-making.
A Dallas native, Taylor attended Dallas public schools before returning to teach in the district through Teach for America. He later served as a Fulbright scholar in Spain before attending law school. Those experiences continue to shape how he approaches advocacy and communicates complex issues to varied audiences.
